Lavanda is currently open for one-to-one treatments, with a slower, more intentional rhythm as the space continues to evolve.

Over the past few months, Lavanda has been gently reshaping to reflect the heart of the work more clearly, offering calm, nervous-system-led support for women who are feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or disconnected from themselves.

Alongside individual treatments, small-group experiences are now opening, designed to support steadiness, regulation, and self-connection in a safe, supportive environment.

What’s coming up:

Finding Steady Ground is a small, in-person four-week group experience focused on nervous system regulation, gentle self-care, and creating a sense of steadiness within the body.

Availability is now open via the Book Now section for:
• Tuesdays 12:30pm – 2:30pm
• Fridays 2:00pm – 4:00pm
